Pool Information:

Our hallway gets very cold by the pool area, so make sure to bring warm clothes for swimmers!

We will have a concession stand open, by the front entrance.

Shoes need to be worn, the floor will be very slippery from being wet.

We will have bleachers in the pool area open for parents to sit.

The swimmers waiting area will be in our High School commons.

ENTRIES & RESULTS:


Swimmers will be in the area surrounding the pool. Signs will be posted for each team’s camp area. There will be no Clerk of Course.

Spectators: Please no parents/spectators on the pool deck UNLESS working the meet, as we will have limited room. Bleachers are available in the upper deck. There is handicapped access to the balcony through the north doors of the gym. Use the street on the west side of the building (Main Street) and take the sidewalk to the gym doors.

Concessions: Light concessions will be available in the gym. Please no glass containers into the pool area. No smoking in the facility.

Swimmers waiting: will be in the gym. The clerk of course will announce events in the gym, with line up just outside by the gym window in the lobby. 

Limited seating in the pool area. There are 2 sets of bleachers in the pool area. Spectators are urged to bring bag chairs for the gym, lobby, and pool area. 

Ribbons awarded: 1st -6th for relays by age groups, 1st-6th for individual events by age groups. 

Meet Mobile for Programs or Printed programs $2 each in the concession stand which opens at 9 am 

Concession stand: 

Pasta in a cup, with & without sauce, Choc Milk, Hot Cocoa, Pickles, Walking Tacos, Nachos, Pretzels with cheese sauce, boiled eggs, hot dogs, cheese sticks, and more.

The pool is a 6 lane, 25 yard pool, non-turbulent lane markers, and horn start, and electronic touch pads.

Concessions: Food service will be available. We ask that no glass containers are brought into the pool area. No smoking in the facility.  There will be bleachers available in the pool area for seating. Swimmers will have a camp area around the pool. Just remember the pool deck is NOT big so please do not bring a lot of things.

ENTRIES & RESULTS:


All swimmers and coaches and spectators must enter the building using the West Entrance to the Carroll REC Center.. Glass containers of any kind are not permitted in the aquatic center (including spectator seating) at any time. Individuals are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and are encouraged not to bring valuables to the meet venue and not to leave items unattached. The Carroll REC Center is a smoke-free environment. No smoking or use of tobacco products (including vapes), or the consumption of alcohol is permitted in the facility, or on the facility grounds including in your personal vehicle.. Programs will be for sale at $3 each at Concession Stand.. Seating/Spectator Information: Swimmers and Spectators will have designated seating. Depending on numbers at the meet, we may move seating to the gym area. There is NOc amping in the hallways at the Carroll REC Center.

NOTE: There is extensive remodeling going on at the REC right now. The biggest issue is the door to the pool area is currently closed. The door. NOT the pool. Parents will enter the pool thru the locker rooms. They are marked! 

To cut back on congestion, we are entering the swimmers from the back room. And they will exit that way as well. This will be an easy access to and from the pool to the gym.  I am asking the swimmers to use the bathrooms in the hallway. There are two men and two women bathrooms in the hallways.

There will be no ribbons given for this meet. We will not be swimming the 500 free. There will be a Concession Stand at the meet. All swimmers must wear shoes when exiting the pool area. No glass of any kind in the pool area.
