Harlan Swim Club utilizes the Active Swim Manager Swim Portal for team communication, schedules, and other important information for swimmers. It is vital that you provide current contact information when registering.

Light concessions will be available. Please no glass containers into the pool area. No smoking in the facility. There is no Clerk of Course, so please have someone from your team organize your swimmers for their events. Some events will be combined if there are only 1 or 2 swimmers in an event. Swimmers that miss their events will NOT be able to make them up.

Warm ups: 9:30 - 9:50 AM
The clerk of course will be lining up swimmers in the gym and taking them through the lobby door. Spectators should use the locker rooms to enter and exit the pool area. The hot tub and sauna are off limits, but the shallow end of the pool can be used for warm-ups/cool downs as long as their coaches supervise the swimmers. Please stay out of the racquetball room, weight room, circuit room and cardio room. There is a no smoking policy for the building and grounds, which includes the parking lot. We will have a full concession stand running through the swim meet, including swimmer-friendly foods.
